Apple Warranty service and repairs
There is no charge for items covered by Apple Warranty. Please remember that the warranty only covers hardware issues or failures (see below). Typically the majority of Apple Warranty repairs are completed in 3 to 4 business days, depending on parts availability from Apple.
Non-warranty service and repairs
Service and repair time for non Apply Warranty work is charged per hour and is billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour. A booking and diagnostic fee of $72 is payable at which time we will be able to estimate the likely cost and time to undertake the work. We also offer a priority service - ask for details when you book in your computer. Book online now

Please Note: If you need peripherals from your Mac replaced under warranty, such as a mouse, keyboard, power adaptor or battery please supply the serial number of your computer. Be aware we may have to test your computer as well. Book online now

Remote support
$72 first 15 mins then $36 per 15 minutes thereafter. Prices inclusive of gst. Broadband connection needed.
If you have a broadband internet connection we may be able to diagnose and fix any problems remotely. It could save you time and money. We usually know quickly if it is an easy fix, or we’ll suggest a mobile technician visits your home or for you to bring your Apple computer and/or peripheral (such as a mouse, keyboard, power adapter or battery) into our store or service centre in Newport.
