Apple Authorised Service Providers have trained technicians to ensure that your Apple computer gets the best care.

Our Service Department typically has a next day on our workbench policy for most jobs. Our average fix time for Apple Warranty repairs is three to four business days.

Our Service Department will assess your job and prioritise repairs in the order in which they were received. Typically, this means that the majority of Apple Warranty repairs are completed in 3 to 4 business days, depending on parts availability from Apple.

There is no charge for items covered by Apple Warranty, but note that your Apple Warranty only covers Hardware issues or failures (see below). Software issues, updates etc are chargeable. Priority repairs are available by request and will incur additional fees. Service time is charged per hour and is billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour.

• Apple Warranty Hardware Problems are at no charge
• Data transfers and backups on warranty repairs will be charged
• Apple Warranty and AppleCare does not cover software or OS installations

Please Note: If you need peripherals from your Mac replaced under warranty, such as a mouse, keyboard, power adapter or battery, please bring in the computer, along with the peripheral. We need to sight the computer that the warranty work will be done under and in some cases test the computer itself to ensure it is not the basis of the issue.
